Rojales is located on the southern Costa Blanca in the Vega Baja valley, just 30 minutes south of the city of Alicante and the airport, and only 10 minutes from the coast with the vast white sandy beaches of Guardamar Del Segura.
Rojales is a typical Spanish village situated on the banks of the River ‘ Segura ‘ which in recent years has grown into an international community, and one of the most popular residential areas in Spain that offers a wide variety of facilities, which combined with the wonderful microclimate in this area, makes it a very pleasant place to stay for holiday and permanent residence for any time of the year, with many traditions and historical celebrations.

Guardamar Del Segura has a nice clear promenade to enjoy a coffee or a local specialty in one of the many restaurants that offer a great variety of dishes with fish and seafood. It has a beautiful old town center and parks in the center provide shade in the hot summer months and a lot of entertainment for the youngest among us. You can visit the weekly market on Wednesdays from 8:00AM to 1:30PM.
Orihuela Costa is located just south of the town of Torrevieja and belongs to the city of Orihuela, which is located a bit inland. This city with a rich history and many interesting sites, is well worth visiting . The coast consists of so-called “Calas”, bays with white sand beaches and slowly deepening sea, perfect for holidays with little children.
In the immediate surroundings of this extensive area there are many restaurants, terraces, bars and nightlife. The latest addition in the region is certainly the mall “Zenia Boulevard”. Open every day of the year, with a wide range of shops, food and beverage and entertainment for the children. The casino offers adults the chance to gamble. The weekly market is located in Playa Flamenca on Saturdays from 9:00 to 14:00 hours.
Just outside Benidorm, you will find this small mountain village near the dam reservoir, with stunning views of the area.
If you are travelling to Guadalest, it is highly recommended to stop here. You can walk and enjoy the waterfalls. Do not forget your swimsuit, for the well-deserved cooling.
